Craig's experience in the finance industry spans over 17 years in South Australia. This includes working as a key lender for three of Australia's major banks and lending institutions, as well as working as a mobile lending manager. It is Craig's customer service background, and exceptional knowledge of the industry, which is the highest benefit to Loan Domain clients.

With experience buying, renovating and selling a large number of houses during his career, Craig's knowledge and expertise extends to the real estate market. Craig believes that knowledge of the industry is crucial to the success of Loan Domain and he is proud to have helped thousands of people with their home loans.

Currently living in the eastern suburbs with his family, Craig is a local South Australian, who has always shown an interest in community events and various sports at an international and competitive level.

Craig prides himself on his ability to communicate with people at all levels, having a good rapport with both clients and work colleagues. Going the extra mile and following through on his promises is integral to Craig's role with Loan Domain, and he is able to think outside the square when it comes to getting the best possible loan for his client.

Yianni joined Loan Domain upon achieving his credentials by full time tertiary study. The complexity of finance appeals to him and he has now spent several months under intensive in-house training by our M.D. Craig Briggs. His ability with managing clients and their loan processing right through to settlement stand him in good stead to give Loan Domain the additional resources to meet its ever-increasing demands. This will enable us to keep the business growing and avoid disappointing potential customers.

He has a strong commitment to customer service and communication. His new portfolio of Loan Domain clients speaks for itself at such early days.

With his solid grounding in real estate, the economy and financial markets, he certainly compliments the Loan Domain business, a real plus for our clients.

With maturity and development of relationships, we see Yianni as an integral part of Loan Domain, enabling us to keep abreast of the market and compliance attached to this industry.

While we hear reports of various diminishing industry service standards in the media etc, maintaining a high level of service is our aim.

John joined Loan Domain after a lifetime career in Banking with a number of branch management roles and Business Banking management prior to retiring. With nearly 40 years in the industry, it has given John and his family a great depth of experience spread over numerous geographical locations. Included in this was a 2 year secondment to AGC Finance.

Although his main function is to manage the administration of the business, it is handy to have an experienced resource with diverse knowledge to assist in determining the feasibility of a difficult finance proposal.

He is ably assisted with capturing bookwork data by his wife Di.

Their main interests are family, golf and travel.
